- Experience leading cash operations and retail teams.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to coach and develop a team and manage performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and uphold operational standards.
- Provide ongoing training to improve cash handling, accuracy and product knowledge.
- Conduct performance check-ins and create development plans for growth.
- Manage Employee Relations matters including attendance and performance concerns.
- Oversee cash operations: tills, reconciliations, deposits and audits with accuracy and compliance.
- Analyse cash-related KPIs and implement improvement actions.
