You will work with online forms and an internal approval record, ensuring every detail is complete before publishing a case study. Prioritize accuracy, discretion, and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to accurately record permissions and approvals.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder queries.
• Discretion in handling sensitive customer data and consent.

Responsibilities

• Match a proposed case study to the correct customer contact and approved draft.
• Check that the supplied permission form is the current version.
• Send an authorised request through the approved online channel.
• Record whether the person accepted, declined or asked a question.
• Link a signed response to the specific material it describes.
• Flag a missing signature, date or named item for the owner to review.
• Note a later change or withdrawal without erasing the earlier history.
• Keep the publication status pending until the authorised team confirms it.
