Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a meticulous Clinical Trials Associate to support project teams with administrative tasks, site files, and documentation control in a global remote setting. You will coordinate access, track documents, and help keep trials on track across multiple time zones, with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and timely communication within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience plus at least one year of related experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ICH, GCP, and applicable FDA or EU directives/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track system access for project team members (PMs, Lead CRAs, CRAs).
• Maintain project portals and perform quality checks to ensure current document revisions are available.
• Support preparation and shipment of clinical trial documentation, including Investigator Site Files.
• Maintain version control and quality assurance of project documents and submit to the Trial Master File.
• Track and maintain key project information (site logs, personnel details).
• Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes for Sponsor and Internal Management meetings.
• Coordinate and track distribution of project-specific training to team members.
• Provide additional administrative and project support as needed.
