A leading accounting body in the UK is seeking a Case Progression Officer to manage legal cases within their Regulation & Conduct Department. This full-time position involves ensuring cases are trial ready, conducting complex case analysis, and drafting legal documents. The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified Solicitor or CILEX Fellow with experience in handling high volume disciplinary cases in a regulatory environment. We welcome applications from candidates who meet some but not all of the criteria listed below. We are currently looking for a Case Progression Officer on a full-time, permanent basis. This position sits within the Regulation & Conduct Department (Adjudication Team). The role holder will work from home but may be required to travel to London when needed. The Case Progression Officer will be a UK-qualified Solicitor, Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) Fellow or holder of an equivalent foreign legal qualification, with experience in managing and preparing legal cases for formal proceedings, such as those before committees, courts and/or tribunals.
