Qualifikationen

• 12 months experience in a Case Management role in the Legal, Insurance or Finance sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to manage tight deadlines

• Customer Service: support clients with injuries, loss of earnings and expectations.
• Negotiation: secure best outcomes with clients and opposing insurers.
• Administration: document all interactions on Case Management System and keep records up to date.
