Thompsons Solicitors in Cardiff is seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join our team. You will handle a varied caseload, supporting clients who have suffered due to substandard medical treatment as part of a leading claimant law firm.

The role involves case progression, reviewing records, liaising with experts and Counsel, and preparing documents to move claims through to resolution. A strong clinical negligence background and solid CPR knowledge are required.

Qualificações

• Previous clinical negligence experience is required.
• Good understanding of CPR and Pre-Action Protocols is important.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• A passion for delivering outstanding client care is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing medical records as part of case progression.
• Investigating liability and gathering evidence.
