Job summary

Minster Law is seeking a Personal Injury Executive to oversee a portfolio of fast track EL/PL claims, ensuring excellent client care and proactive settlement negotiations for our clients. The role involves analyzing evidence, drafting statements, and pursuing appropriate interim payments while identifying litigation opportunities where suitable.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about personal injury and delivering high-quality client service.
• Experience with MOJ portal, non-portal and litigated personal injury claims is desirable.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage a task-based case management system and maintain client contact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client care to claimants who have suffered injury.
• Analyze evidence and research liability, causation and quantum.
• Draft documents including statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Secure early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation.
• Optimise settlement outcomes for clients.
• Maintain regular client contact using a case management system.
