Job summary

Victim Support is recruiting a Case Manager to deliver Domestic Abuse case management interventions across Cumbria, based at Kendal with regular travel. You will engage high-risk perpetrators to promote change, working with IDVAs and partner agencies to design coordinated intervention plans and improve outcomes for victims and children.

• Experience in domestic abuse case management or safeguarding
• Ability to work with high-risk individuals and multi-agency partners
• Strong assessment and risk management skills

• Deliver one-to-one psychosocial interventions with high-risk perpetrators
• Develop safety plans in partnership with IDVAs and agencies
• Create intervention plans addressing needs and risks to reduce re-offending
