Job summary

WMJobs is seeking a Drive Case Manager (Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Intervention Worker) to deliver targeted case management across Warwickshire. You will work one-to-one with perpetrators to secure engagement, influence behaviour, and link clients to internal and external services.

The role requires collaboration with IDVAs and other agencies to design coordinated intervention plans. Extensive training will be provided, and a full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management interventions with perpetrators across Warwickshire
• Engage with perpetrators one-to-one to pro-actively secure engagement and influence change
• Design coordinated intervention plans with partner agencies and services
• Review risk with IDVAs, develop safety plans and improve outcomes
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team and handle complex needs within domestic abuse contexts
