Job summary

AWD online seeks a Domestic Abuse Case Manager to deliver behaviour change interventions and safeguarding support within a high-impact domestic abuse service. You will manage high-risk caseloads, coordinate with multi-agency partners, and use motivational interviewing to reduce reoffending and improve victim safety.

The role is hybrid with travel across Surrey, 37 hours per week, and requires a relevant degree plus safeguarding experience. An Enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, vocational qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in safeguarding, public protection or domestic abuse services.
• Experience with multi-agency working including MARAC, MAPPA or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of domestic abuse, risk management and victim impact.
• Knowledge of behaviour change approaches and working with complex or challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Manage High-Risk Caseloads with structured case management.
• Deliver Behaviour Change Interventions using motivational interviewing.
• Undertake Robust Risk Assessments and develop safety plans.
• Work in Multi-Agency Settings with MARAC, safeguarding, housing and criminal justice partners.
• Develop Intervention Plans addressing risk factors such as housing and wellbeing.
• Promote Accountability to reduce harm and improve victim safety.
• Maintain Accurate Records and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Attend Professional Meetings and contribute to decisions.
• Support Service Development and continuous improvement.
