Job summary

Victim Support in Cumbria is recruiting a Case Manager to deliver Domestic Abuse case management interventions in the Westmorland & Furness area, covering Kendal Police Station. The role requires regular travel, a driving licence, and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic abuse, offender rehabilitation, or mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one psychosocial interventions with high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse.
• Develop and review risk and safety plans with partner agencies.
• Collaborate with IDVAs and other services to coordinate intervention plans.
• Support victims and survivors through the process and contribute to safer outcomes.
