Job summary

RISE Mutual CIC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Case Manager to lead one-to-one interventions with high-risk perpetrators identified through MARAC. You will coordinate with IDVA services and partner agencies to develop safety plans and promote behaviour change.

The role involves multi-agency collaboration, risk assessment, data recording and delivering long-term support to reduce risk and improve outcomes for victims and children.

Responsibilities

• Interagency work: Embed Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse; Support professionals in responding to service users in line with Drive Project ethos; Coordinate with other professionals to ensure risk management and safeguarding duties are met.
• Case management: Manage high-risk perpetrator caseload with thorough assessment and individual support planning; Contribute to regular service reviews, and attend monthly case management meetings and clinical supervision; Protect service users when there is imminent risk.
• Recording and administration: Maintain accurate case files in line with Data Protection Act; Enter data into Drive Project case management system; Ensure secure audit trails and compliance with sharing protocols.
• Direct work with service users: Provide proactive options for behaviour change, using motivational work and therapeutic skills; address housing, substance use and other needs; ensure accountability for abuse; deliver consistent services and risk management.
• General: Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and organisational policies; deliver training and presentations; evidence reflective practice and commit to ongoing training; travel across pilot area as required; work evenings and weekends as needed.
