St Mungo's Lewisham is seeking a Case Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day casework for the Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams, ensuring timely support and personalised plans for clients.

You will work with local authorities, housing services and voluntary agencies to move clients into suitable accommodation with the right support, line manage Assessment and Reconnection Workers, and contribute to flexible hours to meet client needs.

  • Experience of client case management and resilience to achieve outcomes.
  • Ability to manage complex behaviours and motivate staff and clients to achieve outcomes with a creative and person centred approach.
  • Ability to coordinate a project or team in a homelessness service and provide reconnection advice.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with others whilst managing your own time.

Case Coordinator (Rough Sleeping Services) St Mungo's Lewisham, UK
Are you looking for an opportunity where your skills will make a difference in helping to end homelessness and rebuild lives?

The St Mungo’s Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams provide a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough.

We are currently looking for a Case Coordinator to join our (Spring Garden Staging Post). NSNO is an innovative service who ensure those at risk of rough sleeping can be directed to services suitable to their immediate, medium and longer term needs.

In the role of Case Coordinator you will work flexibly to support clients where they need us the most:

Playing a central role in coordinating the day to day case work of the team to ensure high quality personalised casework.

Work in partnership with local authorities, accommodation services, statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure that clients move on from the service into the appropriate accommodation with the correct support in place.

Line manage and provide essential support and supervision to Assessment and Reconnection Workers.

In this role you will work mainly within normal office hours Monday – Friday, however, on occasion you may be asked to work flexibly in order to support the team or a particular client on an evening or weekend.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

Experience of communicating, liaising and negotiating with internal and external to a high level.

The ability to manage complex behaviours and motivate staff and clients to achieve outcomes with a creative and person centred approach.

The ability to coordinate a project or team in a homelessness service and provide reconnection advice.
