Job summary

This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, serving as the first point of contact for customers and delivering high-quality support.

You will work with customers, carriers and internal teams to maintain service excellence, resolve queries and provide accurate reporting to support operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or office-based environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with KPI/report experience.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professional service.
• Respond to orders, deliveries and service requests; resolve issues promptly.
• Update customers with tracking information and coordinate with carriers.
• Process orders and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Produce KPI and SLA reports using standard templates.
