Job summary

Squared Housing Association is seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer Multi-Skilled Person with a carpentry bias to join the Property Services team in Luton and surrounding areas. You will perform day-to-day repairs, void works, and planned maintenance with a focus on quality and customer care.

You will work both independently and within a small in-house team, delivering high-standard repairs while prioritising safety and compliance, and you will use mobile systems to record completed works.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-skilled tradesperson with strong carpentry skills.
• Experience across plastering, tiling, plumbing, flooring repairs, painting and decorating.
• Health & Safety training and a full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance focusing on carpentry and joinery.
• Install and maintain doors, kitchens, flooring, locks, skirting boards and architraves.
• Undertake multiprade repairs including plastering, tiling, painting and basic plumbing.
• Record work using mobile devices and ensure safe, high-quality service.
