Job summary

Skilled Careers is recruiting a Multi-Trader to join our responsive repairs team for social housing properties in the United Kingdom. The role covers carpentry and a range of secondary trades in occupied and void homes, delivering high standards and tenant satisfaction.

You will work with PDA systems, uphold Health & Safety procedures, and represent the company with professional conduct. A Full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade works.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry.
• Competence in at least 2 additional trades (e.g., plumbing, tiling, plastering).
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• DBS check or willingness to undergo one.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works including doors, skirting, kitchens, and flooring
• Deliver a range of secondary trades including basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and painting
• Complete all works to a high standard, ensuring tenant satisfaction
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance while representing the company
• Use PDA systems to receive and close jobs
• Comply with Health & Safety procedures at all times
