Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to provide maintenance services across social housing properties from Truro to Penzance. The role includes carpentry, other trades, and driving a company van with a fuel card. DBS will be completed prior to start, and the package includes 40k salary plus benefits.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a competitive pension scheme. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High-level multi-trade experience in property maintenance.
• Carpentry qualification desirable or 10 years experience.
• DBS check to be completed before start.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work in social housing properties, mainly carpentry with other trades as needed.
• Engage with customers professionally and courteously.
• Drive company van, follow a work specification, and complete tasks.
• Report progress to your Supervisor and keep records updated.
• Ensure safe, responsible use of tools and materials.

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade who will provide a maintenance service on social housing properties from Truro down to Penzance.

Role Details/ Benefits:

• £40k plus van and fuel card
• Temp to perm, 12 weeks
• 25 days holiday bank holidays

Carpenter Multi TradeDay to Day:

• All aspects of maintenance work in properties, mainly carpentry but you will need to be able to do other trades to a good level as well
• Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
• Following a spec to complete works
• Reporting to your Supervisor

Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Carpentry qualification desirable or 10 years experience
• DBS - will be completed prior to start
