Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Exeter is seeking a Multiskilled Operative to join a busy team, providing maintenance on social housing properties. The role focuses on carpentry but requires capability in other trades to a good level.

You will engage with customers professionally, drive a company van safely, follow specifications to complete works, and report to your Supervisor. DBS check will be completed prior to start.

• Good multi-trade experience is required.
• Carpentry qualification or 10 years of experience.
• DBS check will be completed prior to start.
• Good attitude, honest and reliable.

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Tradewho willprovide a maintenance serviceon social housing properties in the Exeter area.

Role Details/ Benefits:

• £38-40k van and fuel card
• Temp to perm, 12 weeks
• 25 days holiday bank holidays
