Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is recruiting a Carpenter Multi Trader for a social housing contractor in Camden. The role covers maintenance on domestic properties, primarily Carpentry with basic multi-trade tasks such as tiling, patch plastering and plumbing.

You must have a full UK driving licence and own van, plus experience in social housing and using a PDA to manage jobs. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 with no weekend work, and a van with fuel card is provided.

Qualifications

• Carpentry, tiling, plastering and basic multi-trade capabilities.
• Social housing/domestic maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PDA device for job management.

Carpenter Multi Trade - Property Services

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £41,000 per Annum

A Carpenter Multi trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Multi trader role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties. As well as carpentry works, it would be ideal if you can carry out basic multi trade works, such as; Tiling, patch plastering and plumbing. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of a Carpenter Multi Trader are:

• Carrying out works on domestic properties
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs

Requirements of a Carpenter Multi Trader:

• Must have a full UK driving licence and own van

• Must have experience of using a PDA
