Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a experienced Multi Trade for a permanent position in North Cornwall. The role covers social housing maintenance from Bodmin to Bude, with a bias towards kitchen and bathroom fitting.

The ideal candidate will have strong trades experience in carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling and flooring, plus a full UK driving license. DBS will be arranged for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Good trades experience.
• Experience in social housing is desirable.
• Full UK driving license.
• DBS clearance will be conducted for successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance work on properties in the North Cornwall area.
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting bias ideally.
• Carrying out carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling and flooring tasks.
• Working alongside other trades and colleagues.
• Driving the company van safely and responsibly.
• Reporting progress to your supervisor.
• Speaking with customers politely and professionally.

Experienced Multi Trade required to work for a busy and reputable contractor in North Cornwall.

Social housing maintenance work covering a specific patch, Bodmin up to Bude.

This is a really exciting permanent on the books opportunity.

Package:

• Salary £34-37,000per annum

• Maintenance work on properties in the North Cornwall area
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting bias ideally
