The role offers a weekly schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30.

Hours: 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

The Role:

We are looking for Carpenter Multis to support their Planned Works team. You'll be carrying out a variety of carpentry and minor multi-trade tasks across social housing properties, ensuring repairs and planned maintenance works are completed to a high standard.

• Carry out planned carpentry works within occupied and void properties
• Undertake minor multi-trade tasks where required (basic plumbing, patch repairs, etc.)
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Maintain accurate job records and follow company processes
• Work independently and as part of a wider planned works team

The Candidate:

• Must live in the Bristol area
• Clean driving licence
• Basic DBS required (or willingness to complete one)
• Own tools required
• Hi-Viz jacket and safety boots (uniform & PPE provided)
• Able to provide CV and attend interview as part of the selection process
