Job summary

TARCG - The Aviation Recruitment & Consulting Group in London is seeking an experienced Private Jet Charter Broker to join a growing private aviation business in central London. This commercially focused role requires an established broker who can manage charter requirements end-to-end while actively developing new business and building long-term relationships with private and corporate clients.

You will own the charter lifecycle from enquiry and sourcing to pricing, negotiation, flight

Qualifications

• 2+ years' private jet charter brokerage experience.
• Strong commercial and business development capability.
• Knowledge of aircraft, operators, charter pricing and end-to-end charter process.
• Confidence managing demanding private and corporate clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
• Flexibility to support clients outside standard office hours when required.
• Ambition to progress into a leadership position as the division grows.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to live and work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full private jet charter lifecycle, from enquiry and aircraft sourcing through to pricing, negotiation, flight coordination and post-flight follow-up.
• Develop new business through networks, referrals and relationship building.
• Build and grow a portfolio of private and corporate clients.
