Salary: £26,615 per annum
We’re seeking a Caretaker to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe estate environment.
Your typical day will involve being the first point of contact for customers on our estates, reporting and resolving their issues promptly, and ensuring a great living environment. Key responsibilities include responding to issues like clearing rubbish chutes, replacing light bulbs, and reporting communal repairs.
Applicants should have experience in delivering excellent customer service, and in cleaning and handling cleaning materials safely.
We pay our caretakers at least the London Living Wage to acknowledge the higher living costs in the capital, along with a range of additional benefits.
Due to the nature of the role, an enhanced DBS check may be required if offered the position.
