Facilities Assistant wanted for an exciting opportunity
Location: Bristol
Length: Temporary
Hours: Monday – Friday (37 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide maintenance support within a commercial environment
2. Responsible for clearing out all residential bin stores and carrying out litter picking
3. Complete a variety of non-skilled works including minor plumbing, electrics and carpentry
4. Responsible for carrying out reactive tasks such as hanging notice boards and changing lightbulbs and batteries
5. Maintain the grounds/garden areas
6. Responsible for testing emergency equipment such as lighting and fire equipment on a cyclical basis

Requirements:

1. Experience of general maintenance duties, preferably within a commercial environment
2. Please note, an Enhanced DBS check will be required for this position
