Job summary

A local educational institution is seeking a Careers Assistant to provide effective administrative support to the careers team. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of administrative systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. About This Role

Role: Careers Assistant

Salary: Band 2 (SCP6 – SCP7) £25,558 - £25,951 Annually (FTE)

Actual salary: £13,330 - £13,535 Annually

Contract type: Permanent (Part time) 22.5 hours per week

Reporting to: Careers Manager

Start date: January 2026

About The Role

The purpose of the role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the careers team in order to ensure the smooth running and compliance of this important area. The role is dynamic and creative and will fully involve the successful candidate in the growth of a successful and experienced department.
