Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets (KPIs).
• Progressively manage a caseload of referred customers to overcome barriers to employment.
• Provide a positive experience to new customers and ensure engagement with the programme.
• Deliver high standards of customer service on the programme.
• Facilitate assessments to understand customers' circumstances, ambitions and goals.
• Provide guidance on self-employment and signpost to internal specialists.
• Co-create personalised Action Plans with SMART targets for progression.
• Support job-search and interview preparation to match customers to roles.
• Provide training to master digital technologies for guided self-service and vacancies.
• Ensure evidence requirements verify job starts.
• Understand local labour markets to source opportunities.
• Undertake direct marketing to employers via digital channels.
• Market specific customers to employers and conduct tailored prescreens.
