Job summary

Seetec Group is seeking an Employment Adviser to support participants on their journey to sustainable employment. You will coach, motivate and guide customers, building strong relationships while delivering first-class customer service.

The role requires initiative, resilience and the ability to work under pressure, with a focus on empowering lives and improving communities. Office-based in Warrington with 37 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of self-employment and related support pathways.
• Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office programmes.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to deliver services in line with contractual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a caseload of customers toward employment goals.
• Meet and exceed personal performance targets (KPIs).
• Deliver a positive and engaging experience encouraging customer participation.
• Create tailored Action Plans using SMART goals for progression.
• Provide personalised job search support including CV writing and interview prep.
• Match customers to suitable job opportunities and assist with applications.
