Job summary

Seetec is recruiting for an Employment Adviser based in Birmingham. You will guide participants to overcome barriers to employment, coach them through their journey, and maintain trusted relationships to help secure sustainable jobs.

A focus on customer service, motivation, and problem solving will be essential as you work to meet performance targets. You will manage a caseload, deliver job-search support, signpost to self-employment where appropriate, and build employer relationships while

Qualifications

• Experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Knowledge of the local labour market and recruitment sector.
• Full driving licence.
• Proactive and able to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets.
• Progressively manage a caseload to help customers gain employment.
• Deliver a positive experience and ensure engagement.
• Provide tailored job-search and interview preparation support.
• Develop SMART Action Plans and signpost to self-employment support.
• Build relationships with employers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with standards.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the local labour market.
