Reed in Partnership is seeking an Executive Coach to support unemployed participants with 1:2:1 coaching and group training, delivered in-person and remotely. You will develop employer relationships, help participants with CVs, job searching and interview skills, and organise employer events.

The role requires travel to offices across the region, so a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing, target-driven environments.
• Experience running group and individual training sessions.
• Minimum 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language Grade B or Level 2 Literacy at interview.
• Strong administration, IT and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and access to own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Identify participants needing tailored support in collaboration with Employment Advisers.
• Develop and manage employer relationships to secure opportunities.
• Assist participants with CVs, job search and interview skills.
• Facilitate group training sessions to progress participants toward suitable employment.
