Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a compassionate Care Worker to support individuals in Treorchy and surrounding areas, helping them live independently at home within their local community.

Roles can be full-time or part-time, with opportunities for walking and driving positions. The role emphasises consistency, travel time pay, and enhanced pay for NVQ qualifications, to help you build a rewarding career in care.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting clients to access the local community (shopping, activities, trips)
• Assisting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with other daily routines of our clients

The Role of Care Worker

As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines our clients have
