Job summary

Radis Community Care are actively recruiting local people in the Torfaen area to join the Night Time Care Worker team. You will help vulnerable clients stay independently at home and remain part of their local community.

As a Care Assistant you will provide personal care, assist with medication, meals and daily routines, and help clients access activities in the community. Radis is an Equal Opportunities Employer and sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Care experience with vulnerable individuals preferred.

The Role of a Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant you will be working with clients to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines our clients have
