Radis Community Care is hiring a Support Worker to assist individuals in their own homes and local community in Cardiff. The role involves helping with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and daily activities to enable independence.

We offer full-time and part-time positions, with enhanced NVQ rate pay and the benefit of consistent, familiar support workers for the people we assist.

Responsabilidades

• Personal care tasks including washing and dressing
• Medication administration support
• Meal preparation assistance
• Help with accessing local community, shopping and activities
• Assistance with day-to-day household duties
• Support with other daily routines for the people supported

The Role of a Support Worker

As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines the people we support have
