Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a Night Time Care Worker to support clients in the Torfaen area. You will help people to live independently at home, delivering respectful personal care and daily living assistance.

You’ll work with local residents, receive travel time pay between visits, and benefit from enhanced rates for NVQ qualifications. The role offers a stable community-based position with regular client assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for clients at home preferred.
• Ability to support with daily living activities.
• Reliability and compassionate approach required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing and dressing.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor for issues.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Help clients access community activities and run errands.

The Role of a Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant you will be working with clients to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines our clients have
