Job summary

Radis Community Care is hiring caring individuals in Ystrad and surrounding areas for a Care Worker role. You will support clients to live independently at home within their local community, with flexible full- or part-time hours and a requirement for a UK driving licence.

We pay travel time between visits, offer mileage enhancements, and provide opportunities to progress with NVQ qualifications. You will help with personal care, meal prep, medication support, and social activities, while

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
