Job summary

Home Support Matters in the Norwich area is seeking caring drivers to support clients across Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Norwich and Beccles. You’ll provide personal care, companionship and practical help in people’s homes, enabling independence with safety and dignity.

The role offers flexible hours, paid mileage, full training and induction, and a supportive team. Rewarding work with a real impact on wellbeing and daily life awaits.

Care Workers Wanted – Drivers Needed! Join Home Support Matters Today

Are you a driver looking for a rewarding job with great pay, paid mileage, and flexible hours that fit around your life?

At Home Support Matters, we’re looking for compassionate Care Workers—especially drivers to support people in Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Norwich, and Beccles to stay safe, independent, and happy in their own homes.

Example Weekly Earnings - including travel reimbursement (35 hours):

• 25 hours of weekday care = £322.50
• 10 hours of weekend care = £130.10
• 100 miles of driving (mileage reimbursement) = £42.00
• Travel time (approx. 3h) = £38.70

Total = £533.30/week – that's over £27,700 a year*

*Subject to tax and National Insurance deductions. Actual earnings will vary depending on hours worked, travel time, mileage, and the mix of weekday/weekend shifts.
