Job summary

First Choice Home Care is seeking a dedicated Care Worker to support clients in their own homes across Norfolk and Suffolk. You will deliver compassionate personal care, mobility and meal support while building trusted relationships with clients and their families.

We offer full training, ongoing support, and opportunities to gain NVQ qualifications, with paid induction and progression into senior roles within the family-run team.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate nature.
• Clear communication with clients and families.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in clients' homes (washing, dressing, hygiene).
• Assist with medication and mobility support as needed.
• Prepare meals and support nutrition.
• Assist with light household duties and shopping.
• Offer companionship and promote wellbeing and independence.

• £14.25 per hour + 55p per mile
• Morning Shifts: 7am - 2pm | Evening Shifts: 4pm - 10pm
• Every other weekend required
