Job summary

ICare Group is seeking Home Care Workers with a driving role to support clients across Cannock, Hednesford, Burntwood, Rugeley and surrounding areas. You will travel between homes, deliver personal care with empathy, and help maintain independence in familiar surroundings.

Flexible hours, paid mileage, and a welcome bonus accompany a supportive team culture. Training and career progression are provided to help you grow within domiciliary care across the local community.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle.
• Be able to travel throughout the local areas.
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks
• Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Home Care Worker, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:
