Job summary

ICare Group is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Bury with a driver requirement to provide compassionate, in-home support across the local community. You’ll help people stay independent, manage daily activities and maintain wellbeing, with a focus on dignity and personalised care.

We offer full training, flexible hours from 7am to 10pm, a welcome bonus and weekly pay. Sponsorship is not available at this time, and the role emphasizes reliability and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle.
• Be able to travel throughout the Bury area.
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Support with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Provide medication prompts and support in line with care plans.
• Carry out wellbeing and safety checks.

£125 Welcome Bonus (T&Cs apply)

Paid Mileage Between Care Calls at 25 pence per mile

Flexible Hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
