Job summary

First Choices Home Care is seeking a dedicated Care Worker to support clients in their own homes across Norfolk and Suffolk. The role involves personal care, meal prep, mobility assistance and companionship, with full training provided.

Applicants should have a caring nature, good communication, a valid UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK. Full and part-time contracts are available, plus progression opportunities within a family-run team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing and hygiene.
• Assist with medications and mobility as required.
• Prepare meals and support nutrition.
• Perform light household duties and accompany shopping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support; encourage independence and wellbeing.

Care Worker (Domiciliary Care)

• Heartsease, Norfolk
• £14.25 per hour + 55p per mile
• Morning Shifts: 7am - 2pm | Evening Shifts: 4pm - 10pm
• Every other weekend required
