Helping Hands is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead and support our care team in Stratford-upon-Avon and the Warwickshire area. You’ll train carers, oversee compliance, complete spot checks, visit clients to review care plans and manage risk assessments.

This full-time role requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle. You’ll report to Ashley Watts and contribute to high-quality, person-centred care. Competitive salary £26,500–£28,500 per year.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Care Assistant is required.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong communication skills with a supportive approach.
• Keen eye for detail, compliance and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Train, mentor and support new carers to deliver extraordinary care.
• Assist branch with compliance, auditing and documentation.
• Perform spot checks and supervisions to maintain high standards.
• Visit customers to review care plans for accuracy and safety.
• Carry out risk assessments with professionalism.
• Support on-call duties as part of branch rota.
