Job summary

New Age Care Ltd. in Warwick is seeking a Care Trainer to deliver training across our care facilities, ensuring compliance with company policy and legislation.

You will run induction sessions for new carers, deliver mandatory updates, perform non-clinical assessments, maintain records, and travel to locations nationwide with a driving licence.

The role requires accredited training qualifications and IT skills; we offer a supportive environment with a focus on high-quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Accredited trainer qualifications (PTLLS or Award in Education and Training) are essential.
• TTT qualifications in Manual Handling and Care Certificate are required.
• Strong delivery, presentation and group facilitation skills with ability to manage varied learning needs.
• Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction training for new carers and monitor progress.
• Deliver mandatory update and refresher training using compliance data.
• Carry out non-clinical competency assessments and share specialist training across departments.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation.
• Stay up-to-date with legislation, curriculum standards and practice expectations.
• Set up and pack away training rooms, equipment and materials.
• Attend meetings to improve training materials and outcomes.
• Promote best practice and high-quality, person-centred care.
