Job summary

Bluebird Care Winchester is seeking a Care Team Supervisor to lead and develop our local care team in Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey. You will coach staff, support recruitment, and ensure our high-quality standards are upheld in the field.

A positive attitude, driving licence and care experience are preferred as you help us deliver outstanding home care. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000–£30,000 per year, a generous bonus scheme, 28 days annual leave, full training, and clear career

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Be a real team player.
• Care experience is beneficial.
• Positive attitude and the drive to succeed.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle.
• Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• A level 2 in health and social care is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, mentor and support the care team
• Playing a key role in our recruitment and retention
• Working with our Care Co-ordinator to match staff to customers
• Ensuring our high-quality standards are upheld in the field
• Monitoring performance and carry out reviews/supervisions
• Leading and participating in the team’s training, meetings, appraisals, and career development
• Supporting with some emergency line duties.
