Job summary

Bluebird Care Wiltshire North is seeking Care Supervisors for part-time or full-time roles to bridge our office team and community carers. You’ll supervise field staff, ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care, and support on-call coverage.

You’ll need at least 12 months in social care, NVQ Level 2 or 3 preferred, a full UK driving licence, and strong communication. Benefits: pro‑rata salary £28,080–£28,600 per year, mileage allowance, funded NVQ5 training, and Hastee pay access.

A Day in the Life

As our Care Supervisor, you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You will be out in the field, ensuring our customers receive top-tier, person‑centred care. You will:

• Mentor & Support: Conduct field visits to support, guide, and supervise our care workers.
• Quality Assurance: Carry out care assessments, risk reviews, and design tailored care plans.
• Be the Hero On-Call: Take part in a fair, structured on‑call evening/weekend rotation system to provide emergency backup advice to staff.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Experience: At least 12 months of experience in the social care sector, ideally at a senior or supervisory level.
• The Credentials: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential as full training and career development is available
• The Wheels: A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
• The Vibe: Exceptional communication skills, a highly organized mindset, and a genuine passion for elevating care standards.
