Bluebird Care Cardiff and The Vale is seeking a caring and skilled Care Supervisor to lead our field team and uphold the highest in‑home care standards.

You will supervise care assistants, coordinate visits, handle enquiries, and support hands‑on care when needed, while safeguarding customers’ dignity and privacy.

This Cardiff role offers Monday–Friday hours 8:30–16:30, £26,250+ DOE, funded training, pension, 28 days holiday and on‑site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing home care with high standards of service.
• Ability to supervise and mentor care staff and manage enquiries.
• Commitment to dignity, privacy, and person-centred care.

Responsibilities
