Job summary

Lifeways Group in Kent is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support individuals and lead a passionate team delivering person-centred care.

You will lead and mentor our team of Support Workers, promote safeguarding, and ensure records are kept accurately while working on a rota basis with fixed shifts. The role offers rewards and chances to develop within our established service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring a team of Support Workers.
• Ability to deliver person-centred care and maintain quality standards.
• Experience conducting staff supervision and development.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and best practices.
• Strong communication with staff, service users, and professionals.
• Comfort with IT systems and record-keeping.

Care Team Leader - Kent - Dartford, Are you ready to take the next step in your care career? At Lifeways in Kent we're proud to support individuals in leading valued and fulfilling lives. We're currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Care Team Leader to join our established service, working alongside our Service Manager to lead a passionate team delivering person-centred care.

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned-you will not be able to select your own shifts.

We welcome applications from experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). If you're a committed Care Assistant or Support Worker with a strong track record and the ambition to progress, we'll provide the training and development you need to succeed.
