Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the health and social care sector.
• Willingness to take part in an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent standard of care for residents.
• Complete Support Plans, Risk Assessments, and other paperwork.
• Work alongside Support Workers for direct care visits.
