Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Care Team Leader at Grevill House in Cheltenham to lead the care team, supervise daily living support and ensure high-quality companionship for residents.

You will oversee medication records, plan activities, work with families and healthcare professionals, and step in for senior management as needed. The role requires at least 2 years in social care, 36 hours per week on day shifts, and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
