Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Team Leader for our Worcester service. You will guide a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality care while supporting regulatory compliance.

You will work alongside the Locality Manager and deputy manager, overseeing training, inductions, and performance reviews to maintain service excellence and safety across sites within Worcester.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in care/support settings.
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care Act.
• Ability to recruit, induct and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the service.
• Support staff and ensure high-quality, enabling care.
• Assist deputy manager with regulatory compliance.
• Lead senior staff and coordinate with departments.
• Ensure staff meet performance indicators and quality frameworks.
