Qualifications

• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Medication administration training with competency
• Experience leading or supporting a care team
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, supervise and support care staff and coordinate delivery of care
