Lifeways in South Lanarkshire is seeking a full-time Care Team Leader to support our Registered Manager in running day-to-day operations of our supported living services in Hamilton and Blantyre. You will lead a team of care staff to deliver person-centred support in a busy, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a UK manual driving licence, NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, and a passion for developing others.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent required.
• Full UK manual driving licence is a requirement.
• Experience leading care teams in supported living environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of support workers.
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care.
• Support recruitment and staff development through supervisions and interviews.
• Communicate effectively with staff, external professionals, and the people we support.
• Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills.
